Seal Coating

Seal coating is basic maintenance for your asphalt. It's just like doing basic maintenance on your vehicle, if you want 100,000 miles out of your car you have to change the oil every 3,000-5,000 miles. If you want to get all the life you can out of your asphalt, you have to seal coat it every few years. Seal coat is a protective coating you put over top of your asphalt to protect it from weather, and wear and tear. Plus, it can make your driveway or parking lot look almost brand new again. It's another great way to add more curb appeal!

Crack Filling

Let's face it, we live in Wisconsin where we get a vicious frost line every year. The ground is constantly moving, and no matter how flexible asphalt can be, Mother Nature can and will put cracks in your asphalt. Now there are many ways to deal with this depending on how bad the cracks are, but generally filling them with hot rubber is the go-to solution! There are many types of crack fillers out there, but hot rubber is the best. It has to be heated up to 300 degrees to get to it's liquid state, where we will pour it into the cracks. After it cools down, it will flex with your asphalt. It's not uncommon for cracks to open back up when the ground moves a lot, but refilling the cracks can extend the life of your asphalt.

Patching

We've all seen driveways and parking lots that are in good condition, but may have a sink hole, a pot hole, an alligator spot (large area of cracks that can't be filled with crack filler), or a spot that's completely busted up. That is where patching comes into play. We can fix those spots without having to replace your whole driveway. The best and most permanent way to fix the problem is to saw cut the bad area out, put more base in if needed, and fill back in with new hot mix asphalt. When you do it this way you won't have to worry about snowplows ripping it out!

Striping

Whether you’re trying to lay out parking spaces or want lines for a basketball court, striping is the way to go! We use an industrial fast drying striping paint specifically designed for high traffic parking lots that can't be shut down!
